Markus Tronich

Managing Director & Senior Partner MSC-Group

Markus Tronich is Managing Director & Senior Partner for the Maximum Solution Consulting Group and is responsible for the national subsidiaries in Germany, the Czech Republic and United Kingdom from its headquarters in Switzerland.

He has 20 years of Movex/M3 experience in the international ERP environment – in small and medium business as well as in the group environment in numerous industries.

His many years of positions as Managing Director and Board member in Central Europe for Intentia, Lawson, Merit and Infor speak for themselves.

Previously, Mr. Tronich worked in various management roles at Leica & Sony.

Privately Markus Tronich is a passionate golfer and skier.

Michael Scheerer

Michael Scheerer is Managing Director Operations for the Maximum Solution Consulting Group and is responsible for the company’s operational business.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the international ERP environment and has served as a senior consultant and project manager to several internationally active clients.

The state-certified paper technician and industrial master (paper production) has many years of experience in quality management and has also acted in the past as a troubleshooter in the process industry and as a management consultant. Michael Scheerer is still engaged in projects, for example as a project sponsor or member of the steering committee.

Privately, Mr. Scheerer is a passionate musician in several arrangements, a member of the support association of the Trachtenkapelle Buch e.V. and likes to take hikes in the mountains.

Thomas Naß

Thomas Naß has the sole power of representation as managing director of MSCD Maximum Solution Consulting Deutschland GmbH and is responsible for the company’s German business.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the national and international ERP environment, about 20 years of it with Movex/M3. He has implemented Movex/M3 in various roles as project manager, solution architect and senior business consultant for various medium and large sized companies and has been responsible for the management of migration projects. Thomas Naß has been personally handling all ERP support issues for his clients for many years. Besides his experience in various industry sectors, his key work focus is especially on the fashion industry and the food & beverage sector.

The graduate business economist has been an active member of the M3 user group for years.

Privately, Thomas Naß is a passionate motorcyclist and a fan of classic cars and likes to travel the world with his wife – who is also an experienced Movex/M3 consultant – in order to gain new cultural insights and impressions as well as to broaden his horizon, whenever the various customer and project activities allow it.

Pavel Zeman is a Director of Maximum Solution Consulting CZ s.r.o. and is also one of our Senior Finance Business Consultants.

He has 17 years of experience with Movex / M3 and has worked with customers from many industries including Food and Beverage, Chemicals, General Manufacturing and Distribution.

He has supported customers in many countries and has expertise in delivering local country specific solutions as well as global solutions for corporate companies.

Before joining M3 world, Pavel was working with SAP R/3 implementations.

In his private life, Pavel enjoys geocaching and is a regular player at a local Bridge club in Brno.

Toon Sneyers is our Partner & Managing Director of Maximum Solution Consulting Benelux.

He has around 8 years of experience within Finance & Controlling in M3, but also has experience in various other modules like Sales, Procurement, Service & Rental, Manufacturing & Costing.

During his M3 Career, Toon held roles as Global M3 Finance Analyst, Project Manager, Test Consultant and solution architect.
Toon has work experience in almost all industries including Manufacturing, Fashion, Food and Beverage, Distribution & Retail and Pharmaceuticals.

Toon is the father of 2 boys which take all of the spare time . Travelling and exploring the world is a big passion, as well as following various football competitions.

John Seedhouse is the Director of Maximum Solution Consulting (UK) Limited, and acts as one of the main Solution Consultants for MSC (UK).

With over 25 years in the Food and Beverage industry, supporting ERP systems, such as SAP/M3, working closely with the Factory management teams to get the most from their ERP system.

Over the last 7 years John has worked on various M3 implementation projects, as stream lead, Cutover management (including SIT/UAT/Go Live) within the F&B, Pharmaceutical, B2B and Engineering industries.

In his private life John enjoys spending time with his family, walking the dog and follows Formula 1.
